About:

Anne Marie McNamara is a mixed media artist and an author of the book Earth Whisperer/The White Chick from Tacoma. She grew up in Tacoma, Washington, and moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. She studied cultural anthropology and learned that there are many ways to see something. She was mentored by Steve Fuller, Professor Emeritus from the University of Washington, and briefly studied Sumi watercolor with Fumiko Kimura.  She is an energy vibrational worker and her artwork work reflects this. Most of her art is Turn Art because it can be viewed from different perspectives.
